AILV / CLEANROOM PANELS

Choose the 50mm BPA-CC-06 or 75mm BPB-CC-04 configuration with AILV. These hollow magnesium cleanroom panels combine color-coated steel faces with the specified double layer 5mm magnesium board. Set 980mm or 1180mm modules and confirm internal support or infill on the fabrication drawing.

Two thicknesses and module widths

BPA-CC-06 identifies the 50mm configuration; BPB-CC-04 identifies the 75mm configuration. Use 980mm or 1180mm modules and include any non-standard size in the drawing enquiry.

Face plates and connection details

Choose 0.5mm or 0.6mm face plates and specify the face treatment. Coordinate central aluminum or male-and-female socket connections with the panel edge and adjoining frame details.

Assembly Drawing and Order Scope

Lay out the wall run with its openings, service penetrations and corner returns so that panel modules and connection positions can be checked together. Select the required thickness before preparing the order, and include any non-standard module size in the drawing enquiry.

Ask AILV to confirm the internal support and infill arrangement on the fabrication drawing for the selected model. Put the chosen face treatment, edge closures and connector positions on the same schedule so that the supplied assembly can be coordinated with adjoining panels and frames.

Steel faces and magnesium boards

Order color-coated steel faces at 0.5mm or 0.6mm with galvanized steel strips for edge banding and stiffeners. Specify the double layer 5mm magnesium board configuration and the heat, pressure and glue-curing process; confirm any remaining internal support and infill on the fabrication drawing.

Configuration and joining schedule

Order BPA-CC-06 for 50mm or BPB-CC-04 for 75mm. Identify the 980mm or 1180mm module and the selected aluminum or socket connection on the panel schedule.
