In the clean room of the pharmaceutical industry, the following rooms (or areas) should maintain relative negative pressure to adjacent rooms of the same level:
There are a lot of heat and humidity generated room, such as: cleaning room, tunnel oven bottle washing room, etc.;
Rooms with a large amount of dust generation, such as: material weighing, sampling and other rooms, as well as mixing, screening, granulation, tablet pressing, capsule filling and other rooms in solid preparation workshops;
There are toxic substances, flammable and explosive substances produced in the room, such as: solid preparation production workshop using organic solvent mixing, coating room, etc.; Rooms where pathogens are operated, such as the positive control room of the quality control laboratory;
Rooms with highly allergenic and high-risk substances, such as: production workshops for special drugs such as penicillin, contraceptives and vaccines; Radioactive material handling area, such as: radiopharmaceutical production workshop.
Setting relative negative pressure can effectively prevent the spread of pollutants, toxic substances, etc., and protect the safety of the surrounding environment and personnel.
