Product Specifications
AILV BPA-CC-08 combines a 21mm-aperture aluminum honeycomb core with a single 5mm magnesium board layer in a 50mm panel. Specify the layer orientation and facing finish with the panel layout before preparing the supply list.
Module and facing choices
Choose the 980mm or 1180mm standard module and the 0.5mm or 0.6mm steel facing. Non-standard modules can be specified with the room drawing.
Edges and fabrication
Color-coated steel faces and galvanized edge corners surround the aluminum honeycomb and single-sided magnesium board core. Fabrication uses heating, pressure and curing; specify central aluminum or male-and-female socket connections for the order.

Layer Orientation and Enclosure Interfaces
For a BPA-CC-08 material enquiry, provide a section drawing that identifies the single magnesium layer and its installed side. Coordinate panel lengths, opening positions and the adjoining frames with that orientation.
State the color-coated facing treatment and edge-corner construction on the fabrication drawing. Include the connection profiles in the supply list and confirm any internal support detail with the selected panel section.

The configuration is 50mm thick with a 21mm-aperture aluminum honeycomb core and one 5mm magnesium board layer. Identify the required steel-facing thickness for each scheduled item.
Finish and connection
Facing choices include PE polyester, PVDF (fluorocarbon), salinized plate and antistatic treatments. Match the selected central aluminum or socket connection to the surrounding profiles.
