For a cleanroom material enquiry with an African destination, describe the receiving site as well as the component list. Access, storage and the work remaining after delivery help define the supply boundary for that location.

Describe the Receiving Conditions
Name the country, delivery location and person coordinating receipt. Explain the available access route, package-handling arrangement and storage space. Record relevant restrictions from the site information rather than assuming the same receiving method across different projects.

Separate Components from Site Work
Identify which panel, profile and opening details are included in the AILV material package. Mark work that remains at site, including agreed penetrations, closure details and adjoining finishes. A supplied frame or panel cut does not define another contractor's installation responsibility.
Include the wall and floor condition around replacement or new openings. Refer to the applicable drawings when a building interface is still undecided, and assign the question to the responsible project team.
Prepare a Clear Handover Record
Connect package identifiers with installation areas and receiving checks. Keep visible damage, missing items and drawing changes as separate observations so the next action can be assigned accurately. Retain the agreed component documents with the corresponding item group.
Where K-STONE Engineering services are requested, define the design, system or installation interfaces alongside the supply scope. The enquiry should describe the actual work required, with responsibilities agreed before the package is released.
