Construction System For Cleanroom

Construction System1

K-STONE ENGINEERING / ENCLOSURE SYSTEMS

Walls, ceilings, doors, windows and profiles form a connected enclosure. The important decisions happen at their junctions: how components meet, where openings fall and how service interfaces remain accessible.

Review the Wall and Ceiling Together

Compare the panel construction, joint arrangement and support details as one enclosure layout. Corners, perimeter edges and ceiling transitions should relate to the component references used for supply.

  • Wall-to-wall and wall-to-ceiling junctions
  • Panel joints and the surrounding support detail
  • Floor and perimeter transitions
  • Openings near corners, joints or supports

Match the Openings to the Surrounding Panels

Door and window interfaces

Confirm the wall thickness, frame configuration and finished opening dimensions together. Check the perimeter detail and the adjacent panel joints before the opening is released for installation.

Keep Service and Maintenance Positions in the Detail

Penetrations and access

Locate service entries, terminal openings and access provisions on the enclosure drawing. Agree the perimeter and sealing arrangements with the relevant equipment and site teams.

Installation references

Carry the joint and opening references into setting-out and installation checks. This keeps the supplied component schedule connected to the actual positions being assembled.
