K-STONE ENGINEERING / COMPONENT DELIVERY

Bring the manufacturing schedule and site delivery plan together around the agreed AILV items. Drawing revisions, component identification and receiving arrangements give the production and delivery teams the same basis for preparing, packing and checking the order.

Release the Right Component Revision

Before an item enters the production schedule, connect its construction, cut size and openings to the applicable approved drawing. Group matching profiles and frames with their panel references. Keep a later drawing change identifiable so it does not leave an earlier component length in the released schedule.

Prepare Items for the Receiving Sequence

Check component identity and visible condition against the agreed item schedule. Consider corners, exposed faces and adjoining parts when defining protection and packing. Package groups should support the planned receiving and installation sequence, while the actual protection method follows the item and transport arrangement.

Make Arrival Checks Traceable

Agree the receiving route, unloading responsibility and storage location before dispatch. At arrival, reconcile package identifiers and quantities with the released schedule, recording visible damage or discrepancies against the affected item. Keep receiving records separate from installation acceptance, which concerns the assembled work.

Information linking a package to its supply schedule
Record Connection to the order
Drawing revision Defines the supplied items
Package identifier Locates a delivered group
Receiving note Locates a discrepancy

Continue the Coordination

Material supply and site installation can follow different responsibilities. Keep the agreed delivery boundary visible when the project schedule changes.

Transportation

We prefer wooden case to ensure safety and avoid corrosion especially during ocean delivery. Only clean room panels are usually packed by PP film and wooden tray. Some products are packed via internal PP film and carton and external wooden case such as FFU, HEPA filters, etc.

We can do different price term such as EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, etc and confirm the final price term and transportation method before delivery.

We are ready to arrange both LCL(Less Than Container Load) and FCL(Full Container Load) for delivery. Order from us soon and we will provide excellent product and package. Thank you!
